What is Feldenkrais® Daily?
A student-run somatic education collective, supported by expert teachers in Europe and North America, we explore Awareness Through Movement® and imagination in 3 live classes per week. Classes are free, held via Zoom at 10 am Pacific (6 pm GMT) Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

Taught in English by teachers from Canada, France, Germany, UK and USA.
Offered to the public free of charge (thanks to donations from a group of regular students).

Awareness Through Movement®
These classes use gentle movement and directed attention to help you learn new and more effective ways of living the life you want.
You can increase your ease and range of motion, improve your flexibility and coordination, and rediscover your innate capacity for graceful, efficient movement.
These improvements will often enhance your thinking, emotional regulation, and problem-solving capabilities.
Classes are designed for students at all levels and all ages.
